The Purpose

The purpose of the Randall Lewis Health & Policy Fellowship program is to ensure the development of health professionals who possess the necessary skills to influence positive change in public policy, systems, and the built environment in our local municipalities. In addition, these prestigious and competitive fellowships will create educational and professional opportunities for students in health policy and related disciplines, provide for the expansion of the regional health policy infrastructure, and retain essential intellectual capital in our local communities.

The fellowship runs from September until May.

Randall Lewis Health & Policy Fellows are enrolled in graduate programs at local universities. Their universities agree to grant academic credit for fulfillment of the field experience / practicum /internship requirements with the fellowship experience. Fellows are expected to work with university faculty or staff to ensure that their scope of work meets university expectations.

Before students’ applications are processed candidates require the sponsorship of their university. We welcome your partnership.
